being emotionally damaged helps your art

these last works are new for me in a couple of ways
1. They are entirely created digitally
(this is big for me i am a traditional artist)
2. They come directly as a result of being through a relationship breakup. they come from an honest place, not that these drawings are a manual to a healthy relationship they are the exact opposite i just thought i needed to document it .. if for nothing else but to maybe save me from another trip around the block..

Hi,Matt, I'm ok and still survived. I worked at Photon,Eyecandy and Hackett films from 2007 to 2009 as a contractor. I'm trying to get a full time position coz life is hard without a stable job..
i had collected a lot of images of "cherry tree" before i known that was ur work,hehehe.... ur style is Brilliant!! :)

I'm doing my graduation project about multitalented(disciplined) people. You illustrate/animate/spray paint/make prosthetics/tattoo and that's only from what i've seen on DA.(I think that's awesome) Do you feel your specialised in one thing? and do the rest for fun, or do you want to be good at all these parts? I also wonder how you 'sell'yourself to studio's. What do you call yourself? Do you apply to a job that needs one skill, or do you try to find a job that needs more of your talents?
